Recirculating Heater Chiller Use Requirements
Recirculating Heater Chiller is suitable for product testing in the range of high temperature +250℃ and low temperature -45℃. It is mainly used for fluid cooling, heating and temperature control of reactors, reaction vessels, reaction tanks, etc. At present, it is widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, laboratories, and scientific research institutes.
What are the requirements for the use of Recirculating Heater Chiller?
1. When using the Recirculating Heater Chiller for the first time, open the wooden box first, and install the inlet and outlet valves. Note: The liquid inlet is marked on the top of the machine, the valve is a stop valve, the medium of the valve has a direction, and the valve has a flow direction. Connect the valve to the reactor with a hose, and the inlet and outlet of the reactor should be up and down to ensure that the reactor is filled with liquid.
2. Turn on the Recirculating Heater Chiller, enter the liquid hole, add the medium into the machine, and turn on the circulation switch to make the liquid circulate throughout the system. The cooling medium must meet the conditions of use. When a temperature of 150°C is required, set the thermometer to 150°C, turn on the heating switch and the cycle switch, and the machine will be put into operation (that is, it will not freeze under low temperature conditions, and will not boil under high temperature conditions).
3. When the material needs to be lowered to room temperature at high temperature, it is necessary to turn off the heating and turn on the pre-cooling. At this time, the material can be lowered to room temperature by cooling. When it is necessary to work at room temperature, first lower the material to room temperature, then set the Recirculating Heater Chiller to the required temperature, turn on the refrigeration, the compressor will enter the working state, and the Recirculating Heater Chiller will start to cool.
Recirculating Heater Chiller explosion-proof requirements
The shell of the Recirculating Heater Chiller can withstand certain high and low pressure liquids without damage and will not affect the external explosive environment. Add explosion-proof enclosures to components that may generate arcs and sparks inside to avoid possible dangers. Provide heat-proof treatment to the sensors and lines of the device to avoid being ignited or melted. In addition to the above parts, the interface part is also restricted for current limiting processing. At the same time, positive pressure parts are added inside to ensure that the equipment will not be broken due to excessive pressure. Carry out heat-proof treatment on the compressor, change the equipment to explosion-proof structure, and change all the buttons to explosion-proof.
