Reactor Temperature Control Technology And Solutions
The basic temperature control principle of the reactor:
When reacting in a low flow rate container, temperature changes have little effect on thermal efficiency, while in a high flow rate reaction, the flow rate increases, which is likely to cause a short circuit at the inlet and outlet. If the heat transfer medium stays in other parts of the reactor, it will also cause slow heat transfer, uneven heating inside and outside the jacket of the reactor, and a decrease in thermal efficiency, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency or production, and in severe cases, safety accidents may occur.
Secondly, the reactor structure process precisely controls the temperature. Usually, two valves are used to adjust the temperature of hot water and cold water, and then the materials are evenly mixed through the stirring device in the container. When the temperature needs to rise, hot water is passed through the valve, and when the temperature needs to drop, cold water is passed. In short, it is necessary to keep the temperature in the kettle constant to deal with a large number of endothermic and exothermic reactions.
Therefore, the temperature control system is very important for the reactor. It can maintain the stability of the material temperature in the reactor and provide high-precision control.
