The Reason Why the Low Temperature Refrigeration Cycle System does not Refrigerate
The low-temperature refrigeration cycle system is a low-temperature liquid circulation device with mechanical refrigeration function, which has the function of providing low-temperature liquid and low-temperature water bath. The low-temperature refrigeration cycle system should mainly check: the refrigeration system, the compressor itself, and the power supply system of the compressor.
1. First check whether there is dust on the surface of the compressor behind the complete machine. If there is dust on the surface of the compressor, the cooling speed of the compressor will be slowed down.
Listen: When the low-temperature refrigeration cycle system is in the refrigeration state, there should be liquid flowing in the refrigeration pipe. Note that this sound is very special and should be carefully identified.
Touch: When the low-temperature refrigeration cycle system is in the cooling state, touch the compressor or the parts close to the compressor with your hands, and there should be a vibration sound. If the power supply of the compressor is normal, check the power supply of the compressor and the control line of the compressor. 2. There is no temperature display in the low-temperature refrigeration cycle system: check whether the circuit board cable is closed, whether the sensor is closed, and whether the circuit board is splashed. If the above conditions are normal, replace the line control board.
3. The low-temperature refrigeration circulation system has no external circulation: whether the circulation pump is blocked, whether the power box is falling off, whether the valve is open, and whether the circulation pump is frozen. Solution: Check the connecting cable, eliminate the blockage, and open the valve.
4. The low temperature refrigeration cycle system has no power supply: leakage protection, fuse, and power supply are in the wrong order. Solution: Adjust the position of the two fire lines, replace the fuse, and reset the leakage protector.
Why do you need to maintain the low temperature refrigeration cycle system regularly?
There are many problems that look like glitches but are actually caused by poor maintenance. The electric power of the low-temperature refrigeration cycle system itself and the heat absorbed by the refrigerant from the load need to be discharged from the radiator of the front cover. If the cover is full of dust and willow cotton, the cooling effect will be affected.
Generally speaking, under normal operating conditions, the decline in cooling capacity is due to poor ventilation and cooling effects or high ambient temperature. There are impurities in the water, and even distilled water cannot completely remove the impurities in the water. For the circulating water of the low-temperature refrigeration cycle system, the general temperature is set at 20°C, which is especially suitable for the growth and proliferation of microorganisms. Over time, these microbes can clog the filters in the waterway, clogging the return water and making the pump noisier. Sometimes these microorganisms adhere to the surface of the heat exchanger, which makes the heat transfer effect of the heat exchanger worse and the cooling capacity becomes smaller.
Therefore, in daily use, it is necessary to do daily maintenance, clean the water tank regularly, and keep the water tank dry. Extend service life and reduce unnecessary failures.
