1. Hydrostatic pressure detection of water inlet and outletchiller

It is necessary to detect the water output and the pressure value of the water inlet pipe, and then check the instruction manual to see what the water output is in the basic situation, judge whether the chiller is normal, and also determine which section of the hose has a slightly higher pressure value, and then Propose relative rectification plans and unified actions.

2. Current detection during the operation of the circulating pump

During operation, industrial chillers can compare the current in the circulating pump with the rated voltage of the water tank itself, so that it can be judged whether the current is too large or small, and the status of the water system can be detected anytime and anywhere.

3. Temperature detection of inlet and outlet pipes

When the water tank is in use, check the temperature gauge of the inlet and outlet of the system through the control technology of the generator set 30 minutes after the switch is turned on, and the temperature of the seepage water and the temperature of the outlet water of the low-temperature chiller can be loaded. Too large, if it is too large, it may appear that the water output may be small, which may cause the low-temperature chiller to fail to operate normally

4. Air-conditioning copper pipe deep suction temperature detection of refrigeration compressor

When using an industrial chiller, after 30 minutes of operation, if it is detected that the deep suction temperature of the refrigeration compressor is less than 0 degrees, it means that the water output in the heat exchanger has not reached a fixed value, which may cause the refrigerant in The air conditioner evaporator also absorbs heat when it flows into the refrigeration compressor, causing the deep suction temperature of the refrigeration compressor to be less than 0 degrees.
