The air-cooled low-temperature industrial chiller is a cooling device that provides constant temperature, constant flow, and constant pressure. It mainly consists of three parts: circuit system, refrigeration system, and piping system.

Application fields of air-cooled low-temperature industrial chiller:

1. Use with supporting vacuum equipment. Our equipment adopts secondary supercooling technology, the temperature can be as low as minus 100 degrees, and the temperature can be cooled quickly. It is widely used in high-quality vacuum equipment, such as molecular pumps.

2. Supporting medical laser equipment. The fully enclosed system of the chiller makes it an ideal choice for medical laser equipment and laboratory equipment. It is also widely used in spectrum analyzers, fermentation equipment, reaction kettles, etc.

3. Supporting experimental condensing equipment. Such as rotary evaporator, distiller, and condenser, which have the characteristics of controllable temperature and high condensation efficiency, and can effectively improve the recovery rate. At the same time, the fully closed circulation system can avoid pipe blockage and the breeding of microorganisms.

4. Supporting semiconductor laser equipment. Due to its special structure, semiconductor laser equipment has high requirements on water quality. In the circulation system of our industrial chiller, the circulating cooling water does not participate in the system circulation, which is more in line with the needs of semiconductor lasers.

The air-cooled low-temperature industrial chiller has a fully enclosed piping system, and the pipe bender automatically bends the pipe to reduce solder joints and prevent leakage. It is also more convenient for later maintenance of equipment.
