1. Compressor inspection
As a precision component in the water chiller cooling system, the compressor also determines the performance of the chiller. If you do not check and maintain it, it will easily break down, and the maintenance cost of the compressor is extremely high. In order to avoid failure, it needs to be inspected and maintained regularly.
2. Dry filter inspection
The dry filter is to filter out the moisture in the water chiller cooling system, so as to avoid the occurrence of moisture in the chiller and cause damage to the system. Therefore, regular maintenance of the dry filter is also very important. It is recommended that you conduct an inspection at least once a year, and if it is used in a harsh environment, it is recommended to inspect it every six months.
3. Safety valve inspection
The safety valve plays the role of automatic pressure relief in the water chiller cooling system. Regularly check whether the safety valve is aging or malfunctioning.
4. Lubricating oil inspection
Lubricating oil works in the water chiller cooling system for a long time, and the oil quality will naturally deteriorate, so the lubricating oil needs to be replaced regularly.
5. Blockage inspection
Condensers, evaporators, and pipelines are prone to scale formation after a long time of operation, causing impurity pollution and damage to the water chiller cooling system, so check the blockage regularly and clean it up in time.
