Air Cooled Condenser
The washable air-cooled condenser adopts strengthened heat exchange tubes, the exclusive design of the subcooling section increases the heat dissipation area, and the design pressure of the fluorine side is 30 bar to ensure the safety of the equipment.
The dry water tank coil evaporator/shell-and-tube evaporator/plate evaporator is selected according to different types. The design pressure of the water side is 10 bar; the design pressure of the fluorine side is 25 bar. The evaporator is covered with 50mm thick soft closed-cell rubber and plastic sponge insulation material, which effectively prevents heat transfer between the evaporator and the outside air in the machine room, and reduces energy loss.
Electric control system
The main components are all imported brand components to ensure the reliability of the unit operation. The air cooled scroll chiller adopts special temperature control to make the operation easier. The product adopts the integral structure of the motor and the pump body. The motor is a fully enclosed, air-cooled standard motor, and its size meets the national design standards.
