How industrial chilled water system works?
1. Closed cooling tower: The industrial circulating medium is pressurized by the circulating pump, passes through the industrial pipeline, and is sent to the industrial production heating equipment. The circulating medium receives heat energy, the temperature rises, passes through the industrial pipeline again, and enters the heat exchange tube bundle of the closed cooling tower. Closed cooling reduces the temperature, the temperature drops, and enters the circulation pump, and the cycle repeats.
2. Open cooling tower: The circulation pump draws circulating water from the pool, passes through the industrial pipeline, and sends it to the industrial production heating equipment. The temperature rises, passes through the industrial pipeline again, enters the top of the open cooling tower, sprays downward for cooling, and flows into In the bottom pool, it enters the circulation pump, and the cycle repeats.
Advantages of industrial chilled water system
After the medium with low temperature passes through the required production equipment (such as blast furnace, reactor, etc.), the temperature will increase. If it is discharged directly, it will only be used once. If the water with increased temperature passes through the cooling equipment, then the water temperature It will be reduced and can be reused again, and the water consumption will be greatly reduced. Generally, more than 95% of water can be saved, which plays a large role in saving water in industrial water.
