A chiller is a cooling device that can provide constant temperature, constant flow, and constant pressure. It can also be called a constant temperature chiller. The principle of the chiller is to inject a certain amount of water into the internal water tank of the machine, cool the water through the chiller refrigeration system, and then the water pump inside the machine injects low-temperature frozen water into the equipment that needs to be cooled, and the chilled water transfers the heat inside the machine Take it away, and return the high-temperature hot water to the water tank again to cool down, so that the cooling is circulated and exchanged to achieve the effect of cooling the equipment.

1. The main engine adopts the international advanced semi-hermetic screw rotor compressor, and the motor and compressor adopt an integrated design without shaft seal leakage, which is 20%-30% higher in energy efficiency than ordinary compressors;
2. Two compressors or multiple compressors have a start-up and stop cycle control program, which can balance the load and prolong the service life of the unit;
3. Two compressors or more units adopt multiple refrigeration circuits. When one of the circuits needs to be repaired and maintained, the other circuits can still operate normally and have a backup function;
4. The compressor is started by unloading and step-down to avoid impact on the power grid.
5. The chilled water outlet temperature of the chiller can be controlled above 5°C;
6. The unit can be equipped with an environmentally friendly and energy-saving heat recovery device as needed, which can produce free hot water during cooling.

1. Pressure protection: high-pressure and low-pressure automatic protection device for the refrigeration system of the chiller;
2. Power supply protection: undervoltage protection, phase loss protection, reverse phase protection, overload protection, motor overheat protection;
3. Antifreeze protection: when the chilled water temperature is too low, the unit will automatically stop;
4. Safety valve protection: When the refrigerant pressure exceeds a certain value, the safety exhaust valve will automatically open;
5. Delay protection: Delay start protection of the chiller compressor to prevent the compressor from starting frequently;
