Anodizing Chillers

Anodizing is an electrochemical oxidation of a metal or alloy. Aluminum and its alloys can form an oxide film on aluminum products (anode) under the action of external current under the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions. Anodizing can improve the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, expand its application range, extend its service life, and make the aluminum alloy surface show different colors through the coloring process.

Industrial chillers help stabilize metal and non-metal ions, allowing metal ions to quickly attach to electroplated parts, oxidized parts, and electrophoretic parts, which not only increases density and smoothness, but also reduces the number of plating times.

6. The condenser of the industrial chiller is a sleeve type with internal threaded copper pipes, which is reasonably designed and has good heat exchange effect; the heat dissipation radiator of the air-cooled unit is composed of warped fins and rows of copper pipes to ensure efficient operation.

7. The electrostatically sprayed plastic shell is beautiful and elegant, and the outer panel adopts quick disassembly and assembly form, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
