For example, after purchasing a 2 hp glycol chiller, the user has not done anti-corrosion, anti-rust and other processes, and directly placed it in an outdoor environment. If the time is too long and the wind and sun will cause corrosion of the shell. Corrosion can also be caused by incorrect installation or abnormal operation of the water processor. The cooling water pipeline is the channel for the equipment to circulate the cooling water. The water quality determines whether the system pipeline has scaling and corrosion. However, if the water processor is not in place or works abnormally, corrosion will occur.

Most of the decontamination devices are Y-type filters, which are weak in filtering fine impurities. Y-type filter, simple installation and simple cleaning, can coarsely filter mechanical impurities, iron filings, and sand particles, but cannot finely filter fine impurities, so if the 2 hp glycol chiller runs for too long, condensation will form Scale, mud and other impurities.
