How Recirculating Chillers Work?

A recirculating chiller transfer pump drives a heat transfer medium (usually water or oil) from a tank with a built-in heater to a temperature-controlled device, where it returns to the tank. The controller adjusts the temperature of the thermal fluid according to the heat flow temperature measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device, thereby adjusting the temperature of the temperature control device.

How to use the recirculating chiller and matters needing attention?

1. When using it for the first time, first use a multimeter to check whether the power plug connected to the device is normal, whether there is a short circuit with each other or a bad state. If there is no abnormality, it can be used normally;

2. After the power is turned on, add the corresponding circulating water as required, turn on the power switch and the circulating pump switch on the equipment, so that the circulating water starts to run;

3. Set the temperature range of the recirculating chiller, set the temperature range of high temperature and low temperature, and observe it well. If the temperature range is large, continue to adjust the temperature range;

4. The circulating water of the low-temperature recirculating chiller is generally distilled water or the circulating water of the manufacturer is better. Do not use inlet water, river water, etc., which will cause the circulation pipeline to block. If tap water is used, it is recommended to clean the pipeline every year. it is good;

5. Check the pipeline and refrigerant of the recirculating chiller every six months for leaks, whether there is leakage, etc., which can be judged according to the parameters displayed on the pressure gauge. If the data is far from the usual data, it can be compared;

6. The recirculating chiller system needs to formulate an annual cleaning plan, including: cooling pipes, condensing parts, cooling water towers, etc., to avoid system blockage and make the refrigeration system operate more appropriately;

7. If the recirculating chiller is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the circuit switches such as the water pump, compressor and power supply of the equipment.
