It uses a special titanium tube evaporator for the plating chiller to avoid corrosion by acidic liquids. It is a necessary equipment for cooling the electroplating liquid. In the electroplating, oxidation and electrophoresis industries, chillers help stabilize metal ions so that they can quickly attach to electroplated parts, oxidized parts, and electrophoretic parts. This not only increases density and smoothness, but also reduces the number of plating times and improves production efficiency. , and the chiller can help quickly recycle various chemicals and reduce waste.

The cooling principle of plating chiller:

While the water cooled by the chiller is transported to the heat exchanger through a water pump (separated in the middle, with water on one side and bath liquid on the other), the bath liquid in the electroplating tank is transported to the heat exchanger through an acid-alkali resistant water pump. The two liquids are The heat exchanger is cooled through the transfer process. The cooled bath liquid flows back to the electroplating tank along the pipeline. At the same time, the hot water after heat exchange also flows back to the water tank along the pipeline, thus completing a cyclic working process.

Features of plating chiller:

◆Long service life of the refrigeration system: The chiller can be placed at a certain distance from the electroplating tank (no acid-alkali corrosion area), which not only keeps the appearance of the chiller clean and beautiful, but also protects the machine itself from the impact of high-temperature acid and alkali chemicals on the electricity.
