What is the use method of refrigerated chiller?

The use of the GX/GY -65°C ~ -10°C Industrial Refrigerators needs to avoid excessive energy consumption of the equipment. In order to better operate the refrigerator and achieve the purpose of rapidly reducing the space temperature, enterprises need to carry out regular and careful inspection of the equipment.

Most of the equipment failures are small at the beginning. If there is no quick treatment for small failures, the operation safety and stability of the equipment will inevitably be seriously affected when the scope of failures continues to expand. As long as the equipment can keep stable operation, it can avoid wasting valuable resources.

1. Move the selector switch to the manual position.

2. Open the exhaust stop valve of the compressor.

3. The slide valve pointer is at the “0” position, that is, the 10% load position.

4. Press the electric heating button, and the heating light will be on. After the oil temperature rises to 40 ℃, press the heating stop button.

5. Press the water pump start button to supply water to the oil cooler.

6. Press the oil pump button to start the oil pump, and at the same time, the oil return solenoid valve C automatically opens.

7. After 5 seconds to 10 seconds, the pressure difference between oil pressure and exhaust pressure can reach 0.4~0.6Mpa. Press the start button of the main engine, the compressor will start, the bypass solenoid valve A will automatically open, and the return solenoid valve C will automatically close.

8. Observe the suction pressure gauge and gradually open the suction stop valve. When the compressor is in operation, valve A automatically closes, and the oil pressure regulating valve is adjusted to make the difference between oil pressure (injection pressure and exhaust pressure) 0.15~0.3Mpa

9. After the pressure and temperature difference of compressor operation are normal, check the sealing condition of all moving parts, temperature measurement and pressure measuring points.
