The ultra-low temperature refrigeration category of low temperature chiller: below -80°C belongs to deep refrigeration, -80~-20°C belongs to low temperature refrigeration; above -20°C belongs to general refrigeration.

Main features of low temperature chiller:

(1) The refrigeration compressor of the generator set adopts imported low-temperature refrigeration compressor;

(2) Application of freon such as R404A, R410a, R22/R407C, etc., to meet the requirements of refrigeration temperature and environmental protection;

(3) Temperature selection range: -110 ° C ~ 40 ° C intermediate process cold water can be provided (according to different manufacturing needs, choose product models with different water output temperatures)

(4) According to the user’s requirements, a variety of refrigerants (refrigerated water): aldehydes such as ethylene glycol solution, ethanol, and ternary mixed aqueous solution can be used, and the condenser can also be designed according to anti-corrosion regulations. Select calcium chloride solution for use;

(5) According to the design scheme of 24-hour non-shutdown operation, it can meet the cold source used in various continuous production processes. The generator set can have built-in water storage tank and circulation pump according to the cooling capacity, without closed cooling tower and refrigeration centrifugal water pump. Assembly and Simple and convenient maintenance;
