Cleaning Methods of Laboratory Refrigeration and Heating System

In order to maintain the working efficiency of the equipment, the user needs to clean the equipment regularly.

1. The laboratory refrigeration and heating system is an integrated device. The refrigeration system and the heating system are installed in the chassis. This type of equipment is generally installed indoors. The placement location is preferably a well-ventilated, dust-free and cool stable floor or laboratory table. Avoid Avoid places where there is a lot of droplets and steam, and avoid places where inflow, stagnation, and leakage of flammable gas may occur, avoid devices that generate high frequency (high-frequency welding machines, etc.), and avoid places where acid solutions are frequently used.

2. If you want to clean the equipment, you must disassemble it first, because the parts to be cleaned are inside the collector and are not easy to see. The various components of the refrigeration unit cross each other, and the piping is complicated and difficult to disassemble.

3. After the connection between the cleaning device and the condenser is disassembled in the previous step, find the direction of the water inlet of the condenser and connect it to the water inlet or outlet of the water pump, then use the tool to heat the pipe.

4. Make sure that each step is done and the pipes are connected, first add clean water for cleaning, then discharge the sewage and repeat it for 3 times. After the cleaning is completed, it is important to add medicine and clean. Of course, the pH value should be ensured at 4-5. After 2-3 hours, the potion was drained, and the bio-residual flush was performed to maintain the pH.

5. After the equipment is cleaned, install it back in the original way, which is also an important step in cleaning the laboratory refrigeration and heating system.
