1. The influence of the surrounding environment. The influence of the noise and vibration of the air-cooled chiller on the surrounding environment is a problem that should be considered in the design. The noise level of the compressor varies with different models and different installation methods. Totally hermetic compressors have lower noise than semi-hermetic compressors. The noise of the axial flow fan is different due to different wings and different speeds. The noise of the eight-pole motor is lower than that of the six-pole motor. Before noise control, before installing equipment and in design, it should be selected flexibly according to the surrounding conditions and noise requirements, and strive to be economical and reasonable. In order to reduce noise and vibration, the air-cooled unit and the water pump are used as the foundation for vibration reduction.
2. The shock absorption device cannot be ignored. In the noise control control of the air-cooled chiller project, in addition to considering the smooth exhaust air and avoiding the backflow of the exhaust air in the layout of the unit, shock absorption devices must be installed at the base of the unit and the inlet and outlet pipes, and the isolation efficiency must meet the design requirements. Shock-absorbing hangers or brackets should be installed in the main pipes of air-conditioning water in cooling and heating stations to prevent the vibration of the unit and the water pump from being transmitted to other places through the pipes.
3. The brand with lower noise is preferred. At present, the noise of a single air-cooled heat pump is generally between 65 and 85db. For each additional unit, the overall noise will increase by 3db. When there are many heat pumps in a project, the noise will be more difficult to control. Therefore, the number of units in the selection of heat pumps should not be too many. In other words, heat pumps should not be used in large-scale air-conditioning projects. Generally, the number of heat pumps in a project should not exceed 5.
