Industrial chillers are commonly used refrigeration equipment in the industrial refrigeration industry. They are characterized by many types, complete models, affordable prices, and can be specially customized with a wide range of applications. More importantly, the industrial chiller has high temperature control accuracy and a wide temperature control range. So, what is the temperature control range of the industrial chiller?

1. High temperature industrial chiller (5 ~ 35℃)

This chiller uses conventional refrigerant and can control the temperature between 5 ~ 35℃. In other words, when adjusting the temperature control range, the low temperature of the industrial chiller is set at 5°C and the high temperature is set at 35°C, which is the most commonly used temperature control range in the industry. However, some requirements are controlled at 3°C or lower, which requires customers to propose and confirm when purchasing industrial chillers.

2. Medium temperature industrial chiller (0 ~ -15℃)

Industrial chillers can provide temperature control below 0°C through coolant. The temperature of medium-temperature industrial chillers can be set at 0°C ~ -15°C. The brine can be calcium chloride (salt water) or ethylene glycol aqueous solution.

3. Low temperature industrial chiller (-15℃ ~ -35℃)

We can provide low-temperature industrial chillers below -15°C ~ -35°C, which are usually used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to cool reactor materials or condense and recover materials.

4. Ultra-low temperature industrial chiller (-150℃ ~ -35℃)

Industrial chillers that can provide low-temperature refrigerant below -35°C are called ultra-low temperature industrial chillers. They use a two-element cascade or three-element cascade refrigeration system, so they are also called cascade industrial chillers. It can be seen that the temperature control range of industrial chillers is really wide.
