There are some special requirements for the startup of some industrial chillers that have not been used for a long time. For example, the screw type industrial water chiller and piston type industrial water chiller should be restarted after a long time of shutdown.
After several point starts, the lubricating oil in the compressor of the industrial water chiller can be evenly distributed to all working surfaces of the compressor, so as to avoid compressor liquid hammer or shaft seizure caused by local oil shortage due to long-term shutdown of the unit, which will lead to compressor damage and further damage to the industrial water chiller.
High pressure fault alarm of industrial chiller compressor is the most common fault of industrial chiller in summer. This situation is mostly caused by poor heat dissipation, especially when the ambient temperature is relatively high, which often leads to worse heat dissipation.
Generally, the reason is that the cooling fins of the industrial chiller are blocked and dirty, the cooling fan speed of the air-cooled industrial chiller is insufficient, and the cooling water flow or pressure of the water-cooled industrial chiller is insufficient.
Sometimes, when the weather is not too hot, many customers place a lot of debris around the industrial chiller, which seriously affects the heat dissipation of the industrial chiller. It may be normal, but when the weather is hot, it is very easy to cause the high pressure alarm of the industrial chiller, which seriously affects the normal operation of the industrial chiller.
1. How to deal with the compressor overload warning light alarm?
Poor heat dissipation will cause the condenser condensation temperature and corresponding condensation pressure to be too high, so that the high-pressure part of the pressure controller will act, and the compressor overload protection will affect the normal use of the customer due to the compressor shutdown. The chiller shall be placed at a place with good ventilation and heat dissipation.
2. How to deal with abnormal pressure gauge?
When the chiller is in normal operation, the high pressure should not be greater than 2.0MPA. If the pressure exceeds this value, it indicates that the condenser has poor heat dissipation.
The treatment is to clean the dust on the condenser fins with high pressure gas, and the condenser fins should be cleaned regularly for equipment without pressure gauge; The low pressure should not be less than 0.2MPA.
If it is lower than this pressure, it indicates that the condenser has fluorine leakage or the throttling part is dirty.
