What should be paid attention to in the safe operation of water cooled water chiller?
1. Preparation before starting the LC -25°C ~ -5°C Low Temperature Chillers.
Clean the environment around the equipment site, and clean the equipment body and relevant auxiliary equipment.
Check the power supply voltage.
Check the on-off condition and liquid level of various valves in refrigeration equipment.
The capacity adjustment device shall be set at the minimum gear to facilitate the no-load start of the refrigeration compressor.
Check whether there is water in the pool on the evaporative condenser. If there is water shortage, make up water in time.
Make sure the oil level is correct, 1/3 to 2/3 of the mirror.
All temperature controls are set at the expected operating temperature.
Make sure that no liquid refrigerant enters the compressor. The liquid is incompressible and will damage the compressor.
2. Startup procedure of water-cooled chiller.
First, start the water pump and fan on the evaporative condenser.
Each time a compressor is started, turn the switch of the compressor to the automatic position to start the operation, observe whether the compressor has any abnormal conditions during operation, if there is any abnormal sound, immediately shut down the compressor for inspection, and restart after troubleshooting. The common causes of exceptions are:
(1) Insufficient or excessive refrigerant oil.
(2) The unreasonable installation or management connection of the unit causes excessive vibration.
(3) Hydraulic compressor.
3. Precautions for patrol inspection during the operation of water-cooled chiller equipment.
The oil pressure, oil temperature, bearing temperature and oil level height of the refrigeration compressor during operation.
The temperature of cooling water at the condenser inlet and the temperature of refrigerant water at the evaporator outlet.
The running current of the motor when the compressor, cooling water pump and fan are running, and the flow of cooling water and refrigerant water.
The suction and discharge pressure of the compressor, the noise and vibration of the whole refrigeration unit during operation.
