After the water cooler chiller has been used for a long period of time, the circulating water must be replaced, because the circulating water will produce impurities under long-term use, and in severe cases, it will be blocked, which will also affect the normal operation of the entire unit .

Regular replacement of circulating water is a very important maintenance work for water cooler chiller.

If the circulating water is not replaced regularly under long-term use, scaling will occur inside the water cooler chiller system, the water quality will deteriorate, the pipes of the chiller will be blocked, and the water flow will be reduced, resulting in poor cooling effect of the entire unit, which will affect the Enterprise production also reduces the service life of the equipment.

If purified water is used, scale/impurity build-up will be reduced. When used in a good environment, the circulating water can be replaced every six months. If it is used in a normal environment, the circulating water should be replaced once every three months. If it is used in a bad environment, the circulating water should be replaced once a month. Make sure the water cooler chiller is working properly.

In the process of daily use of water cooler chiller, the maintenance work of the chiller system should be done regularly, so as to effectively improve the system efficiency of the unit and increase its service life.
