Silicone Oil Refrigeration Heating System Heater Chiller

Silicone oil refrigeration and heating systems are mainly distributed in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, laboratories, etc., to control the temperature, pressure, stirring, reactants/products and other parameters during the reaction process.

1. The silicone oil refrigeration and heating system can be connected to the liquid inlet and outlet of the reactor, and the heat transfer medium enters from the liquid inlet. After starting, the air in the system can be exhausted, and the system can run automatically after the desired temperature is set.

2. In the control process, design the control system according to the required temperature, explosion-proof and size of the materials in the reactor, and according to the different characteristics and requirements of the customer site, so as to meet the temperature required for the cooling and heating control of the heat transfer medium or reaction materials.

3. Compressors for the internal parts of the silicone oil refrigeration and heating system choose compressors of different specifications according to different models. In addition, the prices of evaporators, oil separators, dry filters, shock absorbers, pressure controls, and expansion valves are different.

4. Reactors generally have an internal cavity, and the materials that need to be temperature controlled are placed in this cavity. The inner cavity is surrounded by a jacket that can be fed with heat transfer oil, and the temperature control system is connected with the jacket of the reactor.

5. In order to control the temperature of the reactor, the heat transfer oil is pumped continuously into the jacket of the reactor through the circulation pump, and the sudden temperature change inside the reactor will be compensated by the rapid heating and cooling of the temperature control equipment to achieve dynamic balance. The operation is simple and convenient, and the heating and cooling speed and temperature distribution accuracy are improved.
