Installation and commissioning of heater chiller combo:

The heater chiller combo consists of two systems, two computer PC boards, each controls the corresponding system, and automatically adjusts heating or cooling according to process requirements through heat transfer oil circulation. It consists of pumps, heating tubes, cooling heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, temperature control systems, piping and racks. The heat transfer oil flows between the heat medium pipeline of the unit and the jacket or coil of the reactor, the circulation pump, the heat transfer oil pipeline, the heating device and the cooling device constitute the basic circuit of the heat medium.

First connect the power supply of the heater chiller combo. Before installation, it is necessary to understand the circuit requirements of the all-in-one machine. If conditions permit, try to connect it in parallel with other equipment on the circuit, and it is recommended to set the switch of the high and low temperature all-in-one machine separately. Because this can ensure that the circuit of other equipment or the equipment itself fails without affecting normal use. After the installation is complete, plug in the power plug, and turn on the switch of the main power supply and the drain valve. The switch of the main power supply is self-evident. Basically no one will ignore this switch, but the switch of the drain valve will be ignored by many people without paying attention. The consequence of not opening the drain valve switch is that the heater chiller combo cannot perform water circulation during operation, and a large amount of water will accumulate inside the all-in-one machine, hindering its normal operation, and even causing electric leakage. After ensuring that the switches of the main power supply and the drain valve are both on, adjust the data required for the test. At this time, it should be noted that the input data cannot exceed the standard limited by the machine itself. After the data is debugged, prepare for observation and record when necessary. After the natural shutdown according to the specified time, the power should be turned off in time. Prevent electric leakage and accidents when left unattended.
