Jacketed Vessel Temperature Control

 

The jacketed vessel temperature control system adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design and plate heat exchanger to reduce the demand for thermal fluid, improve the heat utilization of the system, and achieve the purpose of quickly raising and lowering the temperature. The heat transfer medium in the closed system has an expansion vessel. The heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation. Whether it is high temperature or low temperature, the temperature of the expansion tank is from normal temperature to 60°C, which can reduce the risk of the heat transfer medium absorbing water and volatilizing during operation.

Commonly used media in jacketed vessel temperature control systems are heat transfer oil, water, ethylene glycol, etc. Different heat transfer media are selected according to different temperatures. The jacketed vessel temperature control system can transfer supported heat for cooling to achieve cooling purposes. It can be used for temperature rise and fall and constant temperature control of jacketed reactors, especially for heat and exothermic process control during the reaction process.
