Precautions for Use of Low Temperature Cooling Liquid Circulation Pump
The cryogenic cooling liquid circulating pump can be matched with various instruments (rotary evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical reaction kettle, freeze drying equipment, biopharmaceutical reaction kettle, etc.). The cooling capacity is large and the cooling speed is fast, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The flow rate of our circulation pump can be adjusted and customized, which greatly meets the actual needs of different users. All models can be reasonably matched between low temperature and cooling capacity, low temperature and container capacity according to user requirements.
What should be paid attention to in low temperature cooling liquid circulation pump?
【1】Before using the low-temperature cooling liquid circulation pump, liquid medium (pure water, alcohol, antifreeze can also be used) should be added to the tank. .
【2】Power supply: 220V/380V, 50Hz/60HZ, the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument.
【3】Avoid acid and alkali substances entering the tank to corrode the coil and inner tank.
【4】The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument.
【5】Always pay attention to observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time.
【6】When the working temperature of the cryogenic cooling liquid circulating pump is low, care should be taken not to open the upper cover and keep hands away from the tank to prevent frostbite.
【7】After use, turn off all switches and cut off the power supply.
【8】When the liquid is circulated outside, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off, so as to avoid liquid leakage.
【9】The instrument should be cleaned regularly. When not in use for a long time, empty the medium in the tank and wipe it clean to keep the work surface and operation panel clean.
When your low-temperature cooling liquid circulation pump does not cool or the cooling speed is slow, there may be a leak in the cooling system. At this time, we should ask professional staff to carry out inspection and maintenance to prevent secondary damage to the machine. The following are the common faults and troubleshooting methods in the process of using the cryogenic cooling liquid circulation pump.
1. The instrument has no power, and the power supply has no power: check the power supply. Leakage protector protection: protector reset. The fuse is blown: replace the fuse. The power cord is disconnected: Tighten the power cord. The phase sequence of the power supply is wrong: adjust the positions of the two live wires arbitrarily.
2. The instrument has no exhaust air volume, and the power cord of the fan is not in good contact: connect the power cord. The fan is stuck: adjust the fan position. Deformation of fan blades: Replace with new fan blades. Fan burned out: Replace with a new fan.
3. No external circulation, power cord falls off: tighten the power cord. The water inlet is blocked: remove the blockage. Regulator valve not open: Open regulator valve. There is ice blockage in the circulating pump: stop and heat up to thaw.
4. There is no temperature display, and the power switch is not turned on: turn on the power switch. The display board cable is disconnected: plug in the connecting cable. The circuit board is splashed with water: wipe it off or dry it and turn it on.
