Second, the selection of circulating medium for industrial low temperature chillers

1. The circulating medium of the low temperature chiller is the ethylene glycol aqueous solution selected according to the customer’s requirements. The freezing point and boiling point should be paid attention to first, so as to select the ethylene glycol aqueous solution with the appropriate concentration ratio. The stable temperature range of the ethylene glycol aqueous solution in the liquid state should include the temperature control range of the equipment or the temperature range of the controlled object, and a certain margin should be reserved.

2. When the industrial low-temperature chiller controls the jacket temperature, it is not excluded that there will be an overshoot of 0~15°C. When the equipment controls the material temperature, the circulating medium will have an overshoot of 70°C (default value) or even higher according to the set value. , If the user ignores this, the circulating medium may deteriorate, increase in viscosity, freeze, scale and vaporize.

Third, the operation steps of emptying and adding liquid of industrial low temperature chiller

1. Liquid filling port: The liquid filling port of the equipment is located at the top of the equipment. Clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open.

2. Exhaust valve: located on the left side of the device. Clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open. Dosing and emptying are performed simultaneously.

3. Add liquid: open the sealing cap of the oil filler counterclockwise, insert the funnel to pour the heat transfer medium, and add liquid to the liquid level to the expansion liquid level.

4. Evacuation: Open the exhaust valve counterclockwise, and click the emptying and adding liquid button on the main control page of the equipment touch screen. Please log in before entering the “Main Control Window”. Makes the button logo show “Cycle ON”. After the emptying button is pressed, the circulating pump starts to run, and the liquid level drops. When the liquid level drops to the filling level, the emptying and adding liquid are stopped, that is, the button mark is displayed as “Cycle OFF”, and the liquid addition is continued. Reciprocate in this way until the liquid level does not drop and remains at about 1/3 of the liquid level after emptying. At this time, the operation continues for about half an hour, and the equipment gas is basically empty. Close the exhaust valve. The device is ready to operate.

5. Please pay attention to the necessary protective measures, wear rubber gloves, goggles, eye washers, etc., to ensure that the heat transfer medium meets the system requirements. Check the medium to ensure that there is no precipitation, no color, and no corrosion. If there is a small amount of sediment, it should be treated. stable precipitation. Do not add sediment to the system when adding heat transfer medium.

6. Be careful not to spill the liquid when pouring, and always pay attention to the sight glass on the side of the device to prevent overflow from flowing into the electrical cabinet, causing damage to the device and causing pollution. Before adding liquid, it should be checked whether the relevant pipelines are fully opened, whether the equipment discharge port is closed, and the equipment discharge port is located on the side of the equipment.
