Heating and Cooling Circulator

The heating and cooling circulator is a liquid circulation equipment that uses mechanical refrigeration to cool down and electric heating to heat up. Generally divided into three parts: refrigeration system, heating system and control system. Low and high temperature circulating fluids are available in a single model. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, vacuum and other industries to provide cold and heat sources for reactors and test tanks, as well as cooling and heating of other equipment. The entire liquid circuit is closed with an expansion vessel. Regardless of the liquid circulation temperature, the heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel is close to room temperature. It does not absorb water vapor at low temperatures and oil mist at high temperatures. Circulating heat transfer media can operate over a wide temperature range.

Characteristics of heating and cooling circulator

1. The entire liquid circulation is closed with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel is insulated from the liquid circulation and does not participate in the liquid circulation, but is mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the liquid circulation, the medium in the expansion vessel is below the standard.

2. The entire liquid circulation is a closed system. It does not absorb water vapor at low temperatures and oil mist at high temperatures. Thermal oil can work in a wide temperature range; the entire circulation system does not use mechanical valves and electronic valves.

The heating and cooling circulator is equipped with two LED display controllers, which can display the set temperature value, actual value and over-temperature alarm value at the same time. The product is efficient and fast, and liquid filling is simple. The entire liquid circulation is a closed system with no oil mist and no water absorption, ensuring the safety of the experiment and the service life of the heat transfer medium. Using international brand compressors and circulating pumps, the performance is stable and the quality is reliable; the product has safety protection functions such as self-diagnosis function, refrigerator overload protection, high-pressure pressure switch, overload relay, and thermal protection device.

The heating and cooling circulator can achieve dynamic temperature control from -45° to 250° and has heating and cooling functions. It provides users with a field source to control heating and cooling as well as uniform and constant temperature. It can also be used as a heat source or cold source for direct heating, cooling, auxiliary heating and auxiliary refrigeration. Full temperature range control, constant temperature fluctuation reaches ±0.05℃. It is used for chemical reaction process control in petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, semiconductor diffusion furnace diffusion process control, constant temperature control or reactor external circulation applications, automatic synthesizers, and extraction and condensation devices.
