Chiller Circulator

The chiller circulator is a series of products specially developed for external circulation refrigeration applications, and its working temperature range is -120°C to 30°C. The cooling rate can quickly reach the set low temperature, and the powerful performance fully meets various applications of low temperature cycle. Equipped with an advanced 7-inch or 10-inch color touch screen, there are also models with different cooling powers to choose from.

The principle of chiller circulator:

The cyclic process of moving heat from a low-temperature object to a high-temperature object through the refrigerant, thereby cooling the object to a temperature lower than the ambient temperature, and maintaining this low temperature, this process is realized by a refrigeration device.

The important parameter of the chiller circulator is the refrigeration coefficient, which is also called the coefficient of performance of the refrigeration device in engineering, and is represented by the symbol COP. Under a certain ambient temperature, the lower the temperature of the cold storage, the smaller the refrigeration coefficient.

The refrigeration cycle process of chiller circulator includes compression refrigeration cycle, absorption refrigeration cycle, adsorption refrigeration cycle, vapor injection refrigeration cycle and semiconductor refrigeration, etc. Compression refrigeration cycle can be divided into compressed gas refrigeration cycle and compressed vapor refrigeration cycle. The vast majority of refrigeration installations operating in the world are compressed gas refrigeration cycles. In the past, most of the refrigerants used in the refrigeration cycle were chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) with the trade name Freon, HCFCs containing hydrochlorofluorocarbons, and ammonia. However, due to increasingly serious environmental problems, CFC and HCFC are gradually being replaced by environmentally friendly new refrigerants.
