The principle of the customized jacketed oil heater is that the oil outlet of the oil tank is connected to a pump through a pipeline and a ball valve, and the pump is connected to a heater through the pipeline. It also includes a thermostat and a heater that are connected in sequence to the heater through the pipeline. The exchanger and the gas collecting tank are connected to the oil tank through pipelines and solenoid valves arranged on the pipelines. The pipeline at the outlet of the gas collecting tank is connected to the pipelines at the oil tank outlet and the pump inlet to form a three-way pipeline.

By setting the thermostat to set the temperature, the gas tank, the pump and the heater form a loop control of the oil, which can achieve efficient heating and precise temperature control of the oil temperature, and higher efficiency can be obtained through the exhaust of the gas tank and circulating heating. oil temperature, suitable for occasions with higher heating temperature requirements.

Cascade control can also be used to directly control the material temperature in the kettle to meet higher process requirements. Customized jacketed oil heaters have built-in safety protections, such as high temperature power outage, low pressure no heating, lack of media alarm, temperature abnormality display, and high temperature automatic discharge. Gas and other functions improve the stability and safety of thermal oil during the heating process.
