First, the compressor load is too large and the overcurrent is running. The possible reasons are: the cooling water temperature is too high, the refrigerant is charged too much, or there is air and other non-condensable gases in the refrigeration system, resulting in a large compressor load, which is manifested as overcurrent and accompanied by high-voltage faults.

Second, the electrical fault causes the compressor of the chiller to run over current. If the three-phase power supply voltage is too low or the three-phase unbalance, the current or a certain phase current is too large; the AC contactor is damaged, the contacts are ablated, causing the contact current to be too large or the current to be too large due to lack of phase.

Third, the overheating protection module SSM of the chiller is damp or damaged, the intermediate relay is damaged, and the contacts are not good, which means that an overheating fault occurs when the machine is turned on, and the compressor cannot be started. There may also be a false overheating fault if the unit electronics board fails or communication fails.

Fourth, the location of the chiller is not ventilated, and there is no ventilation distance reserved for the inlet and outlet seals of the chiller. The location of the chiller is very important.
