30 Ton Chiller
The 30 ton chiller needs to regularly check whether the cooling water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft are running well, and whether the water replenishment of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal. Regularly check whether there is leakage of the refrigerant of the chiller, which can be judged by referring to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure gauge on the front panel of the host. Daily maintenance of 30 ton chiller:
(1) Regularly check whether the cooling water system of the chiller is normal, whether the fan of the cooling tower and the sprinkler shaft are running well, and whether the water replenishment of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal. Regularly check whether there is any leakage of the chiller refrigerant, which can be judged by referring to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure gauge on the front panel of the host.
(2) When the 30 ton chiller has a fault alarm and shuts down, you should press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to start the machine before troubleshooting.
(3) If the chiller is not in an emergency when it is in use, do not turn off the unit by cutting off the power at will; if the unit is not used for a long time in winter, you need to shut down the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the chiller .
(4) When using a 30 ton chiller, it is necessary to keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and to clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
