The damaged plates and leaking plates can be drawn out in pairs. If the number is not too large, the number of flow channels reduced is not too large. The continuous use after assembly will not have a great impact on production. This means that the equipment cannot be replaced on site, and the equipment cannot be shut down at the same time. If conditions permit, the equipment can be replaced and maintained.
The sealing gasket of the cooler slips away from the gasket groove. To deal with this misplacement, the deformed plate and the gasket sliding away from the gasket groove shall be replaced in time.

The main advantages include: indirect heat transfer between cooling water and tower top gas. When the pipe is stainless steel, the cooled tap water is not easy to be polluted by oil products, so its cost, installation cost and space are much smaller than those of direct cooling coolers (with sewage treatment facilities).
