A heat reclaim chiller is a device that uses heat recovery technology to convert waste heat into a cold water supply. It is widely used in industrial production and commercial buildings to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

The working principle of the heat reclaim chiller mainly includes three parts: waste heat recovery, refrigeration cycle and cold water supply.

In this process, the energy of waste heat is absorbed, thereby realizing waste heat recovery and utilization.

Then, the gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor. The compressor compresses the refrigerant, raising its temperature and pressure. Then, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser. In the condenser, the refrigerant changes from gaseous to liquid through heat exchange with cooling water or air. During this process, the heat released by the refrigerant is transferred to the cooling medium, thereby increasing the temperature of the cooling medium.

Finally, there is the cold water supply part. The refrigerant that becomes liquid in the condenser enters the evaporator through the throttle valve and is recirculated. At the same time, the heat of the cooling medium is transferred to the water through the heat exchanger, thereby producing cold water. In this way, waste heat energy is converted into cold water and supplied to industrial production and commercial buildings.

In the working principle of the heat reclaim chiller, the recovery and utilization of waste heat is the key. By recycling waste heat, we can not only save energy and reduce environmental pollution, but also improve energy efficiency. The heat reclaim chiller can adapt to different waste heat sources and cold water needs, and is widely used in steel, chemical, electric power, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, as well as air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.
