Ultra Low Temperature Cryogenic Circulators
The ultra low temperature cryogenic circulator is mainly used to provide ultra-low temperature cooling liquid to equipment that needs cooling. It can be used in conjunction with a reactor to cool the materials in the reactor to a minimum of -120°C. It can also be customized according to customer needs.
Features of ultra low temperature cryogenic circulator
● The refrigeration system principle adopts three-stage cascade refrigeration technology.
● The cooling method adopts air cooling to save water resources.
● Compressor: semi-hermetic piston compressor with built-in midpoint protector
● Condenser: It adopts air-cooled fin condenser, with oxygen-free copper threaded tubes inside, and the heat exchanger is small in size.
● Evaporator and condensing evaporator: Use brazed plate heat exchangers with compact structure and light weight.
● Expansion valve: It adopts a detachable thermal expansion valve, which is composed of a power head, a valve core and a flange. When maintaining or replacing the valve, there is no need to cut off the pipeline and the superheat is adjustable.
● Circulation system: The circulation pump adopts low-temperature magnetic drive pump, and there is no leakage under low-temperature conditions. The brine refrigerant filling port is equipped with a filtering device, which can filter impurities and prevent clogging of the circulation pipeline.
● Temperature control: using PLC control system.
● Protection function: It has compressor delayed start, overvoltage, overload and overcurrent protection functions.
