High Temperature Chiller and Low Temperature Chiller
Chillers are equipment that are often used in industrial production and temperature control in commercial spaces. Because of the wide range of uses and many models, there are also various names for chillers. Some are named according to different compressors, such as: vortex Spin chiller, screw chiller, centrifugal chiller, and also named according to different heat dissipation methods, such as water-cooled chiller, air-cooled chiller and so on. We often hear such naming methods in our daily conversations with customers, high-temperature industrial chillers, medium-temperature industrial chillers, and low-temperature industrial chillers. 1. High temperature industrial chiller (5 ~ 35°C)
This chiller uses conventional refrigerants and is capable of controlling temperatures between 5-35°C. That is to say, when adjusting the temperature control range, the minimum temperature of industrial chillers is set at 5°C, and the maximum temperature is set at 35°C, which is the most widely used temperature control range in the industry. However, some require control at 3°C, which needs to be proposed and confirmed when making an industrial chiller plan.
2. Medium temperature industrial chiller (-15 ~ 0°C)
The temperature of the medium-temperature industrial chiller can be set at -15 ~ 0°C, and the secondary refrigerant can be calcium chloride (salt water) or ethylene glycol aqueous solution.
3. Low temperature industrial chiller (-45°C ~ -15°C)
It can supply low-temperature industrial chillers below -45°C ~ -15°C, which are usually used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to cool down materials in reactors or recover materials condensed.
4. Deep low temperature industrial chiller (temperature below -45°C)
Industrial chillers that can supply low-temperature refrigerant below -45°C are called deep-low temperature industrial chillers. They use binary cascade or triple-cascade refrigeration systems, so they are also called cascade industrial chillers. . Usually, the chemical industry that requires ultra-low temperature needs to use this kind of chiller.
