2 ton water chiller is a cooling equipment that can provide cooling water equipment with constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure. The working principle is to inject a certain amount of water into the water tank inside the machine, cool the water through the chiller refrigeration system, and then send the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment to be cooled by the water pump, the cooling water of the chiller will take away the heat and then the temperature will rise again. Return to the water tank to achieve cooling effect. Cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements.

B. Internal and external threaded enhanced tube evaporator

The evaporator copper tube adopts internal and external threaded reinforced tubes. The surface of the copper pipe is threaded, the outer surface of the copper pipe is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator body is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and has less cooling loss.

C. Condenser made of imported copper tube

The condenser adopts copper tubes imported from abroad, which are processed into trapezoidal low-rib tubes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper tubes is smooth, which reduces the water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.
