Water Cooled Chiller is named for its heat dissipation through water. The refrigerant exchanges heat with water, so that the water absorbs heat and then takes it out of the external cooling tower through water pipes. The refrigerating capacity of the scroll water-cooled chiller ranges from 12kW to 360kW, meeting different load requirements in various occasions. The unit has a compact structure, a small footprint, and a simple pipeline design. Only external water pipes are needed, and the installation and maintenance are simple. Provide multiple protection functions such as high and low voltage protection, chilled water anti-freeze protection, power supply phase sequence protection, phase loss protection, insufficient water flow protection, and compressor motor overheating.

The working principle of the water-cooled chiller is that the refrigerant (refrigerant) absorbs the heat of the cooled substance in the evaporator and vaporizes it into steam. The compressor continuously extracts the generated steam from the evaporator and compresses it. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser to release heat to the cooling medium (water) and condense into a high-pressure liquid. After being decompressed by the throttling device, it enters the evaporator, vaporizes again, and absorbs the heat of the object to be cooled, and so on. cycle.

Construction and installation of scroll water-cooled chiller:

1. The installation of the chiller should consider vibration isolation and noise reduction measures. When installed outdoors, electrical control equipment and control cabinets should be placed indoors. The installation position of the control cabinet should be able to effectively avoid moisture or even condensation inside the cabinet.

2. The concrete foundation of the chiller should be flat. When installing on the shock absorber, the pre-compression of each shock absorber should be uniform, and the deviation should be less than 2mm.

3. The pipes connected to the chiller should be equipped with flexible joints, and the weight of the system pipes should not be supported by the chiller.

4. The hoisting point of the equipment should be used for the hoisting of the chiller, and it is forbidden to tie the lifting rope on the equipment at will.
