The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator of the unit is exchanged with the circulating air inside the box, and the temp. rises, from the liquid state to the gaseous state, and is inhaled by the suction port of the compressor.After the compressor compresses the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas through the oil separator, the refrigerant oil carried during the compression process is separated clean, then entered into the condenser, and heat is exchanged with the ambient air or cooling water. Change from high temp.and high pressure gas to high pressure normal temp. liquid.The refrigerant liquid at high pressure and normal temp. is changed from high pressure liquid to low pressure liquid through dry filter and then throttled down by expansion valve. Low pressure liquid enters unit evaporator, The circulating air brings the cooling amount to the inside of the box to achieve refrigeration.

In 80L pressure vessel, antifreeze is injected into the vessel and the whole closed circulation system is adopted, thus avoiding the chance of air contact between the antifreeze and the outside world, and ensuring no condensation of water vapor. When the expansion box is protected by nitrogen, the temperature range of the heat conduction liquid will also be widened because its boiling point has been raised. In addition, oxidation from contact with oxygen in the environment is avoided, thus prolonging the service life of the thermal conductive liquid.

The touch interface optimizes the availability of the device. Multi-level users can be implemented through password protection. The specified operator has limited permissions and can only accept settings. This avoids accidental modification and mis-operation of parameters. The operation is continuously monitored. Warnings and failures are clearly displayed and the system automatically shuts down if necessary. Faults can be tracked, so testing does not need to be restarted. At this point, an existing record is invoked.The system has a variety of data and communication channels that can be adjusted according to specific requirements. The temperature control unit can also be remotely controlled via the network or included in a control system Unification.
