2. Before installation, it is also necessary to check whether the oil pump of the high and low temperature refrigeration and heating circulator is reversed to prevent damage to the motor.

3. After injecting the heat transfer oil, let the high temperature oil pump run for a period of time, wait until the pressure of the high and low temperature refrigeration and heating circulator is normal and the pointer of the system pressure gauge does not shake left and right, and then heat up and work.

4. Check the liquid level. When the heat transfer oil is sufficient, the temperature can be started. When the loss of heat transfer oil is insufficient, it should be replenished in time to avoid mechanical dry burning damage.

5. Use the conversion of heat transfer oil to heat the material to be heated. The inferior heat transfer oil has a short service life and is prone to scaling. In the high temperature state, impurities will decompose, the temperature cannot rise, water vapor will be generated, and fuel injection will occur, which is also dangerous.

6. In the process of use and maintenance, the probability of failure is still relatively low. Some of these erroneous operations will result in the life of the high and low temperature refrigeration and heating circulators being affected.

7. The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator continuously absorbs the heat in the water and starts to evaporate. After the compression of the compressor and the throttling of the expansion valve, it becomes a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator to continue to circulate. If the use time is too long, the refrigerant will volatilize, which will affect the cooling effect.
