Extra Low Temperature Chiller Machine
The extra low temperature chiller is a water-cooled device that can provide constant temperature, constant flow, and constant pressure. A water chiller injects a certain amount of water into the water tank inside the machine and cools it through the refrigeration system, and then the circulating water pump inside the machine injects low-temperature chilled water into the equipment to be cooled, the chilled water takes away the heat inside the equipment, and then cools it Hot water flows into the water tank again for cooling.
Features of extra low temperature chiller：
(1) The compressor selects the original imported medium and low temperature compressor:
(2) Equipped with various safety protection devices, it has stable performance, low noise, long life, and simple operation; it adopts liquid crystal display human-machine interface, which is easy to operate and the operating status is clear at a glance.
(3) Temperature selection range: process chilled water from -110°C to -5°C can be provided (users can choose different outlet water temperature specifications according to different production needs);
(4) A variety of refrigerants (chilled water) can be selected according to user requirements: alcohol refrigerants such as ethylene glycol aqueous solution, alcohol, and ternary mixed solution. The evaporator can also be designed according to anti-corrosion requirements, and calcium chloride aqueous solution is used;
(5) The extra low temperature chiller can run 24 hours without stopping, which can meet the cold source for continuous production process:
(6) The equipment can have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without cooling tower and cooling water pump, and the installation and maintenance are simple and convenient:
(7) Use R404A, R410a, R22/R407C and other refrigerants. Meet refrigeration temperature and environmental protection requirements; refrigeration method cascade extra low temperature chiller, composed of two or more independent refrigeration systems, each system can use single-stage or double-stage compression refrigeration system. These two parts are connected by a condensing evaporator, which is both the condenser of the low-temperature cycle and the evaporator of the high-temperature cycle, that is, the evaporation of the refrigerant in the high-temperature cycle is used to condense the refrigerant in the low-temperature cycle. In this way, the heat absorbed by the low-temperature cycle is transferred to the refrigerant in the high-temperature cycle, and the refrigerant in the high-temperature cycle transfers heat to the ambient medium (air or water).
