The main features of the industrial chiller are stable design, high efficiency and energy saving. The operation of the heat exchanger adopts new technology and the advanced semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor adopts microcomputer or PLC control technology. Using R22 as refrigerant, it provides temperature control from -120℃ to +40℃.
After absorbing the heat of the object being cooled in the evaporator, the liquid refrigerant of the industrial chiller vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, which is sucked into the compressor, compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and then discharged into the condenser. Heat is released to the cooling medium (water or air) in the condenser, condensed into high-pressure liquid, throttled into low-pressure low-temperature refrigerant through the throttle valve, and then enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize, thereby achieving the purpose of cycle refrigeration. Therefore, the refrigerant completes a refrigeration cycle in the system through four basic processes: evaporation, compression, condensation and throttling.
1. It adopts high configuration, optimized system integration, small vibration, and is designed according to industrial standards, suitable for 24-hour operation throughout the year.
2. The chiller also adopts a number of innovative technologies to ensure the product is efficient, energy-saving and stable.
3. The entire process of the chiller adopts microcomputer (PLC) programmable joint control technology: to realize signal communication control of water tower pumps and other ancillary equipment to avoid unnecessary energy loss; high-efficiency vapor-liquid separation technology: to ensure the high efficiency of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger Heat exchange and refrigerant liquid return evaporator for full evaporation and heat exchange.
4. Adopt ultra-thick overall hot-dip galvanizing process. The shell is a double-layer insulating sleeve type, and the panel is made of anti-corrosion materials. The equipment requires no maintenance and has low operating costs.
5. Low-temperature oil cooling technology: The chiller oil is cooled by the low-temperature refrigerant and then injected into the compressor to fully lubricate the moving parts inside the compressor and take away the heat generated by the motor to a large extent, thereby avoiding long-term high temperatures inside the motor and ensuring Motor efficiency, stability, long life operation and flexibility of moving parts.
6. The industrial chiller has compact structure, excellent performance and stable operation.
7. Equipped with complete indicator lights and switches, the operation is clear at a glance. Built-in electronic water level indicator and alarm device, automatic alarm for low water level, the operator can control the water level of the chilled water tank through the control panel and replenish water in time. The modular design ensures that each compressor is safe and independent of the system. Even if there is a problem with one system, it will not affect the normal operation of other systems.
