First:

The condensers used in small refrigeration equipment mainly include air-cooled condensers and water-cooled condensers. Depending on the type of condenser, the cleaning method of scale is also different. Here is the commonly used maintenance of air-cooled condensers: air-cooled condensers use air as the cooling medium. Dust will stick to the outer surface of the condenser fins, and the cooling effect of the condenser will be deteriorated if it is used for a long time, especially in places with harsh environments. Therefore, users should clean it regularly. The cleaning method is: simple dust can be blown clean with compressor air, etc. However, if there is a lot of dirt, the user should use a non-corrosive cleaning agent to clean the heat pipe and fins to achieve the purpose of improving the heat dissipation effect.

For air-cooled chiller condensers or water-cooled chiller condensers, the main problem is to remove scale. The cleaning cycle depends on the water quality. If the water quality is poor, it can be cleaned at least once a year. If the water quality is good, it can be cleaned once every 2 to 3 years.

third:

The condenser used in the small water-cooled chiller can be cleaned with special cleaning fluid for heat exchangers. The specific operation method is: remove the condenser, release the accumulated water, and then pour the cleaning solution into the tube until the solution flows out of the water outlet. The cleaning liquid can be released after staying in the condenser for 20~30min. Repeat this two or three times. Finally, install the connecting pipe between the cooling water pipe and the condenser. Open the cooling water valve and rinse for 10~20min. The anti-scaling and cleaning work can be finished.

In the refrigeration system of industrial chillers, the compressor, evaporator, condenser and throttling device are the four essential parts of the refrigeration system. The condenser is a device that emits heat, and the heat absorbed in the evaporator is combined with The heat converted by the compressor work is transferred to the cooling medium together, which plays an important role in the refrigeration system. If the performance of the condenser decreases, it will directly affect the refrigeration capacity of the chiller.
