How to solve the poor cooling effect of industrial water chiller machine?

1. Whether the refrigerant leaks

Working condition analysis: refrigerant leakage in the LC -25°C ~ -5°C Low Temperature Chillers system, insufficient cooling capacity, low suction and exhaust pressure, and intermittent “squeak” air flow sound at the expansion valve.

Solution: If the refrigerant leaks, do not add the refrigerant in a hurry. Find the leakage point immediately and add the refrigerant after repair.

2. Too much refrigerant is added after maintenance

Working condition analysis: if the equipment refrigerant is added too much, the refrigerant will occupy a certain volume of the condenser, reduce the heat dissipation area, and reduce its refrigeration efficiency.

Solution: It is necessary to shut down the industrial refrigerator for several minutes and then discharge more refrigerant at the high-pressure stop valve.

3. There is air in the refrigeration system

Working condition analysis: air in the refrigeration system of the refrigerator will reduce the refrigeration efficiency. The prominent phenomenon is that the suction and exhaust pressure increases, the temperature from the compressor outlet to the condenser inlet increases significantly, and there is air in the system, and the exhaust pressure and exhaust temperature increase.

Solution: It is necessary to shut down the industrial refrigerator for a few minutes and release air at the high-pressure stop valve.

4. Low compressor efficiency

Working condition analysis: the compressor in the refrigerator that has been used for a long time has large wear, large fitting clearance of various components, and the sealing performance of the air valve has decreased, resulting in a decrease in the actual exhaust volume.

Solution: check whether the paper pad of the compressor cylinder head is broken down and causes leakage; Check whether the high and low pressure exhaust valve plates are not tightly closed; Check the fit clearance between piston and cylinder.

5. The evaporator surface frosts too thick

Working condition analysis: the evaporator used for a long time should defrost regularly. If it does not defrost, the frost layer on the evaporator pipeline will become thicker and thicker. When the whole pipeline is wrapped into transparent ice layer, it will seriously affect heat transfer.

Solution: stop the machine to defrost.

6. Filter clogged

Working condition analysis: the desiccant is used for a long time and forms a paste to seal the filter, or the dirt gradually accumulates in the filter and causes blockage.

Solution: Remove the filter for cleaning.
