How to repair the water recirculating chiller in case of failure?

If there is penetration at the connection between the tube end and the tube plate, it can be expanded again, and professional tube plate connectors need to be used. It should be pointed out that if the corrosion is serious, the tube bundle needs to be replaced in time.

1. The compressor starts and stops frequently: it is possible that the refrigerant quantity is too much or too little, resulting in the action of the pressure protection switch, high exhaust pressure or low suction pressure, and poor circulation of the water system and frost on the evaporator surface.

It should be determined that when there is a lot of refrigerant, the excess refrigerant can be discharged at the exhaust port. If it is insufficient, check whether there is fluorine leakage and replenish the refrigerant. In addition, check whether the water circulation system is blocked or has air, and exhaust. If the circulating water volume is too small, open chilled water circulation system can be used.

2. The compressor is noisy during operation: check whether the expansion valve is out of order, the temperature bulb is separated from the suction pipe of the compressor, and the liquid refrigerant is returned to the compressor. If it is damaged, repair it, and replace it if it is damaged.

3. Insufficient refrigeration capacity: the reason for insufficient refrigeration capacity may be insufficient refrigerant and low evaporation temperature;

Poor cold insulation effect of pipeline; Poor heat dissipation of unit condenser; Excessive resistance of water circulation system.

During treatment, check the refrigerant pipeline for leakage, and replenish the refrigerant after repair; Repair the cold insulation layer; Clean the condenser and check whether the fan operates normally; Clean the pipeline filter to make the system circulate smoothly.

4. Frost on the suction pipe of the compressor: it may be caused by poor system evacuation, too large chilled water flow, and too small system pipe blockage flow.
