Point 1: Regularly clean the condenser and evaporator

Condenser and evaporator are the second most important components of industrial chillers, and it is best to clean them once every six months. The cooling water of the water-cooled condenser is an open circulation loop, and the tap water used is recycled through the cooling water tower, which is easy to decompose and deposit impurities on the water pipe to form scale, and affect the heat transfer effect. If the scale is too thick, the cooling water circulation section will be reduced, the water volume will be reduced, and the condensing pressure will increase. Therefore, when the quality of the tap water used is poor, it is best to clean it at least once a year to remove the scale in the pipe, and it is best to perform water treatment operations on the tap water.

Point 2: Regularly check the compressor

The compressor is the “heart” of the chiller, and its quality directly affects the stability of the chiller when it is used. If the compressor fails to repair, the cost is relatively high, especially the screw compressor has high precision and high price. Therefore, if you hear an abnormal sound from the compressor or other conditions, you must contact the chiller manufacturer to find a professional engineer for overhaul, find out the cause and carry out maintenance.

Point 3: Regularly test the safety valve

The condenser and evaporator of the industrial chiller are pressure vessels. According to the regulations, a safety valve should be installed on the high-pressure side of the chiller, that is, the condenser. Once the equipment is in an abnormal working environment, the safety valve can automatically release pressure. , to prevent possible damage to the human body caused by high pressure.

Point 4: Replace the filter drier regularly

The filter drier is an important part to ensure the normal circulation of the refrigerant. Since water and refrigerant are immiscible with each other, if the system contains moisture, it will greatly affect the operating efficiency of the chiller. Therefore, it is very important to keep the inside of the system dry, and the filter element inside the drying filter must be replaced regularly.

Point 5: Change the lubricating oil regularly

After the industrial chiller is used for a long time, the oil quality of the lubricating oil will deteriorate, and the impurities and moisture inside the oil will increase, so the oil quality should be observed and checked regularly. Once a problem is found, it should be replaced in time. The brand of the replaced lubricating oil should be based on the original manufacturer.
