Point 1: Regularly clean the condenser and evaporator

The cooling water of the water-cooled condenser is an open circulation loop, and the tap water used is recycled through the cooling water tower, which is easy to decompose and deposit impurities on the water pipe to form scale, and affect the heat transfer effect. If the scale is too thick, the cooling water circulation section will be reduced, the water volume will be reduced, and the condensing pressure will increase. Therefore, when the quality of the tap water used is poor, it is best to clean it at least once a year to remove the scale in the pipe, and it is best to perform water treatment operations on the tap water.

Point 2: Regularly check the compressor

The compressor is the “heart” of the chiller, and its quality directly affects the stability of the chiller when it is used. If the compressor fails to repair, the cost is relatively high, especially the screw compressor has high precision and high price.
