Heater and Cooler
Heater and cooler is also called cooling and heating integrated machine, which mainly provides high and low temperature circulating fluid for equipment that needs heating or cooling, such as glass reactors and rotary evaporators. Heated by heat conduction oil, circulated to the jacket layer of the reaction kettle through the circulation pump, and a periodic cycle is carried out in the pipeline and the jacket. With unique heating design, the temperature can be automatically controlled to quickly reach the temperature required by the product process, and intelligent PID is adopted. Control technology, can heat constant temperature or cool down, wide temperature control range, accurate, uniform and stable temperature, fast heat conduction speed, fast temperature rise and fall speed, temperature self-control, quickly meet the temperature requirements of various products.
The compressor is one of the main components of the heater and cooler. If it is not maintained for a long time, its performance will affect the cooling effect. If it fails, its refrigeration system cannot be operated. The compressor in this unit is high temperature and low pressure refrigerant is compressed into high temperature and high pressure, so that the refrigeration system of the unit can achieve the required temperature range. As a main accessory, the compressor’s performance is related to the operation of the entire device, so the compressor needs to be maintained after long-term use.
The compressor will protect itself when it is overloaded or overheated, and this protection device has two types: built-in type and external type, and only the external type is mentioned here. If the compressor cannot start automatically within 3 minutes after the protection occurs, it means that the protector has been activated. After the protection occurs, due to the high temperature of the compressor body and slow heat dissipation, the reset time of the protector is relatively long, usually 3 to 15 minutes, and the longest can reach 30 minutes. If it still fails to start after 30 minutes, the overload and overheat protector may be damaged.
When the capacitor capacity of the compressor decays to 58% of its original value, when the outdoor ambient temperature is lower than minus 5°C, when the power supply voltage is lower than 16%, and when the system pressure is not yet balanced. These factors will cause difficulty in starting the compressor. In fact, the shaft holding and the stuck cylinder have the same meaning. It is a compressor failure or the compressor has been damaged. The main reason for the stuck cylinder is that the system is dirty or lacks oil. Generally, the cylinder body and the valve plate will be damaged to varying degrees. In principle, it cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired, and the compressor needs to be replaced with a new one. However, there are many experiences in dealing with cylinder jams, and some compressors with less serious cylinder jams can be saved by knocking, increasing capacitors, etc.
