What are the inspection contents of the 5 ton chiller before delivery?

1. Current detection of refrigerator

3. Air conditioning copper pipe deep suction temperature detection

If the deep suction temperature of the compressor is less than 0 ℃ after running the 5-ton water chiller for about half an hour, it means that the water output in the heat exchanger does not reach a fixed value, which is easy to cause the volatility to drop.

After the installation and commissioning of the 5-ton water chiller, the following inspections are required before it can be put into use.

(1) Check whether the main circuit and grounding wire of the 5-ton water chiller are installed properly and whether the fixing bolts are locked tightly.

(2) Check whether all valves of refrigerant system and water circulation system are fully open.

(3) Check whether the air in the water circulation system is completely discharged.

(4) Check whether the oil level of the refrigerant oil level window is at 1/2 position.

(5) Check whether the three-phase voltage of the power supply is connected correctly.
