Introduction to the components of the refrigerated and heating circulator:

1. Compressor: The compressor mainly plays the role of refrigeration. It is called the heart of the equipment and is a very important key component. A high-quality compressor can not only make the equipment run more stable, but also ensure good energy efficiency.

2. Evaporator and condenser: The evaporator and condenser play the role of absorbing and releasing heat respectively. Sufficient and appropriate heat exchange can give full play to the efficiency of the compressor. If the heat exchange of the condenser is insufficient, it will directly Affecting the cooling effect of the unit, high pressure is prone to occur in summer, and even excessive high pressure may cause equipment shutdown. The heat exchange rate of the evaporator is more important. Insufficient heat exchange rate will not only cause low efficiency of the unit, but if it is too small, the refrigerant will not be completely evaporated and will directly return to the compressor to cause liquid shock, thus damaging the compressor.

3. Expansion valve: In the refrigeration system of the refrigerated and heating circulator, the expansion valve is both a flow regulating valve and a throttle valve in the refrigeration equipment. Its main function is to make the high-pressure and normal-temperature refrigerant liquid flow through the thermal expansion valve. The flow is depressurized and turns into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant wet vapor, which enters the evaporator, vaporizes and absorbs heat in the evaporator, and achieves the purpose of cooling and cooling.

1. The entire liquid circulation is sealed and equipped with an expansion container to avoid the generation of oil mist at high temperatures and minimize the high-temperature circulation of silicone oil. Effectively save usage costs.

2. The temperature control range is wide, the heat transfer medium does not need to be replaced during the whole process, and the heat transfer medium consumption is small.

3. Fully closed circulation system, the heat transfer fluid is not easy to volatilize and oxidize at high temperatures, and is not easy to absorb moisture in the air at low temperatures, which can extend the service life of the heat transfer fluid.
