Fast dynamic temperature control

In order to produce high-quality chemical synthesis products, the constant temperature system must monitor the temperature changes in the reactor in real time during the production process, especially during reactions with strong endotherms and strong exotherms. In process technology, efficiency and reliability are indispensable. Long-term stable work includes stability in the low temperature range. Only under constant working conditions can the simulation process of the process technology and the reliability of the synthesis technology be guaranteed and put into actual production.

Efficient performance and reliable security

Our process thermostatic system has a large number of auxiliary functions to ensure the stability of the temperature control process. Its self-checking system can automatically monitor the equipment status and display error messages on the LCD screen. In addition, such as over-temperature protection system, pump overload protection system, liquid level monitoring and protection system, etc., these functions make this series of products surpass any previous process temperature control system. Its flow monitoring system can effectively prevent overheating and freezing during the entire temperature control process. The process thermostatic system adopts the latest closed system design. The internal thermal fluid does not directly contact the ambient air. Even when it is necessary to compensate for the volume change of the thermal fluid caused by temperature changes, a completely sealed expansion tank is used. This design can avoid the condensation of moisture in the environment at low temperatures and the volatilization of harmful gases at high temperatures, and can reduce the volatilization and oxidation of the thermal fluid medium, thereby extending the service life of the thermal fluid.

Simple operation and data management system

The high-definition large-screen LCD remote controller makes the system status and all monitoring data clear at a glance, and allows easy and fast input of various setting parameters. When needed, the operator can hold the controller for remote control. The connection line between the controller and the temperature control system can be up to 50 meters long, thus realizing remote online monitoring of the process. The equipment comes standard with RS 232/485 data interface and external PT-100 temperature sensor interface, and reserves a variety of communication interfaces, which can be easily connected to the existing control system network.
